About this piece...
"Ladies, look at me. Choose me! And all you other guys, stay out of my territory," trumpets the male penguin. Like his human counterpart, the male puffs himself in an exotic attempt to attract the perfect female. This posturing, gesturing and trumpeting is just one of the wide range of ritualized behaviors these all-too-human creatures exhibit as part of their daily lives. Sound familiar?
